Novice Quartet Competition
The Men of Note Chorus is proud to host the Southwestern District’s annual novice quartet competition.
The annual event is a fun competition to encourage quartet singing. Barbershop Harmony Society chapters from throughout the Metroplex are invited to participate.
To be considered a novice quartet for this event, the group must include at least two participants who are not registered as quartet members with the Barbershop Harmony Society. Quartets can register on site; the cost is $5.00 per quartet.
“This is a great way for guys to give quartetting a try,” said Randy Smith, president of the Men of Note Chorus. “Plus, it’s just a lot of fun harmonizing and socializing with guys from throughout the area.”
